One of the Best
Spectacular stay. Hotel beautiful, staff courteous and kind. Wish I had another excuse to get back to Providence sooner so I could stay there again.
Traveller's tip on dining
You must go to Al Forno and have the original wood fired GRILLED pizza. Its as good if not better than what I remembered from 15 years ago.

Nice hotel but needs improvement on the front desk
Hotel was very nice with the exception of the lateness when checking in the hotel. I went to the hotel at 230pm to check in and was told to come back at 3p. When I arrived at 3p - they said hotel room was not ready and I see others who have checked in after me got there room first. Finally at 345pm I complained and they gave me a room. The manager apologized for the mishap and the wait. The staff behind the desk should be more helpful and be more alert on who is waiting. One of them seemed overwhelmed on the number of people checking in. I still do not understand why others got there room first after they checked in after me.
