Don’t believe the good reviews.
The day I arrived, there were buckets catching rainwater leaks in the entry and at the reservations desk. The wall at the reservations desk was soaked and the wallpaper was peeling from the water intrusion. My carpet was dirty, and the mattress was worn out. I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet so I could have some padding under me. The shower was a joke; impossible to control and not enough pressure to wash my hair. There are about seven (7) parking spaces, so plan on parking on the street and walking a block or more to the hotel. The "view" from my room was clothesline poles and roofs, no ocean view from most of the rooms. The only saving grace was the dining room which was way above average in service and food.

Two very enjoyable days, comortable room ,good food and cheerful service a little more car parking needed.
Lots to do,golf ,distillery visits good beaches, walks,interesting towns.
