Does the job and a lot more
My visit was only a brief one, arriving at 4pm and leaving at 5:30am the following morning but the lady on reception was efficient and helpful, the older gentleman helping her was friendly and able to give me directions and later in the evening, I was able to have a beer after the pubs had shut and watch Sky Sports news, that’s all i want from a hotel. I didn’t get my morning alarm call but the early morning taxi did arrive on time so no harm done.

Excellent
Hotel was spotless, excellent service when we got there. We were going to the races (running late) and they called us a taxi immediately and got us there. The room was spotless and quite big. The bathroom was nice and the shower very large and powerful. The best part was the bed, KING SIZE. We had a really good nights sleep and would definately recommend this hotel to others.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Make sure you have a car, there is no pathway over to the retail park over the road, and its chaos trying to cross the road.

A great hotel at a great price
Stayed at the Park Inn on a visit to Doncaster Races in August 2009. The room was very clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is ideally situated just outside the town centre, so its very quiet. A short taxi ride of about £5/£6 gets you into town.
