Excellent Hotel
Lovely property, super helpful staff, we arriced at 3 am and everything around there was closed, they had a mini market with soups, salads, drinks and fruit which helped with our hunger!

Awesome Stay - Great time
The hotel was awesome. They even allowed us to stay after we checked out and hang out at the pool and have coffee.

Paper thin walls and mattresses
My family was only staying in the hotel for 1-night which was more than enough. The hotel no longer offers room service which we weren’t informed had changed prior to our stay. We had a group of 18-22 year olds drinking and having a good time in the room next to us, I didn’t have a problem with this but the walls are so thin I could hear everything they were saying. Anytime people entered their rooms in the hallway you could hear the door slam behind them, then at like 5 in the morning it sounded like someone was doing maintenance in the halls. Also the mattresses we very uncomfortable, mine squeaked anytime I moved. My kids slept on a pullout sofa, the mattress was really thin and looked like it was about 20 years old I’m pretty sure it was a “hand me down” from one of their older hotels that was renovated. The hotel appearance was nice, and clean but basic. The staff were helpful and nice but there weren’t many of them, when we arrived there was a be back in 5 minute sign on the counter. After driving for 10 hr the last thing I wanted to do was wait in the lobby for 5 min.. About 1 exit down from this hotel is a Hilton Garden Inn, I’ve stayed here before and its much better and priced about the same!! Next time I go to Valencia I wont be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott.
