Paid twice
Because I arrived after reception was closed, I had to pay again to get the room key, despite having paid Expedia already. When I tried to get the money back the next day, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Depsite many E-mails and promises, I have still not been refunded, over 3 months later.

should be called economy class
if you want to feel as though you are in prison this is the one you want, we were supposed to be staying for 2 nights and even though i had paid we got up on the 1st morning and left

Small and Dingy
We arrived after a long trip up from lake Garda, on arrival the check in was very good. When we got to the room we found that it was small and dingy. True the price is low but if I had known it was the condition it was I would have paid more for a better hotel. The hotel is basically a cheap stop over and nothing more. It is in my opinion not the best for familys.
