Excellent in every way
After being in New York it was such a pleasure to come to such an excellent hotel, best service, delightful staff, a wonderful Japanese garden in the grounds. All the staff dealt with were obliging, wouldn’t take tips, and offered help. Hotel had excellent maps available and people to explain how to get around. Have been there before and would go again.

Centrally Located
I stayed in New Otani hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located to popular districts of the city. Akasaka subway station is only 5 minute walking distance, and you can get to Ginja or Shinjuku in 10 minutes by subway train. Staffs were very polite and the room was very nice and clean for the price I paid. Airport shuttle bus takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to/from Narita airport.
