Transit Stop
We used the Hotel as a quick stop on the way to Southern europe from the UK. For the price the hotel was fine but we would not want to stop for any length of time. The room was small and very dark, even with the blinds and curtains open and the lights on. The service was Ok, quick and efficient. We were given a discount voucher (15%) for the Companile restaurent next door where we eat for convenience. The meal was actually quite good and very tasty. Overall, a reasonable choice for an overnight stop but not really suitable for longer stays.

Friendly efficient staff but don’t go when it’s hot.
Knowing this hotel was a low cost, basic type of establishment, and wanting to save money, we were nevertheless surprised - for several reasons: - booking online was utter simplicity - on arrival after 1900h there was a charming man to welcome us. - everywhere the place can only be described as "tired". - the room was clean but very basic. - French tv only but fair enough. - room very stuffy, no extraction from douche - did not have optional breakfast also basic - one staff in morning also charming. Overall we would prefer to pay more and will probably stay chambres d’hote in future.

Hotel’s fine for what it is - a cheap stop over but the area around it is just dead. There’s a restaurant on site but if you’re not keen on that there’s just nowhere to go
