Good Value in Western Philadelphia suburbs
I exhibited at a trade show held at the New Expo Center in Oaks, PA. The hotel rates in the immediate area were very high and I found the Best Western in Pottstown at a much lower price. It had easy access to PA Rt 422, the Pottstown Pike, yet I did not have any road noise in my room. It was clean and comfortable and less than 20 miunites to King of Prussia area, even with road repaving in operation.

Hotel was fine, extra large frig, great flat screen tv, beds were a bit small and uncomfortable, but it was fine, breakfast was good too

Lack of service
We had a refrigerator which did not work but did not found out until the first morning. We stored food in it the first night which was spoiled the next day and our beverages were room temperature. We notified the manager who did not respond. We followed up 3 times without response from the manager. Also when the manager leaves, for whatever reason, there is no one else who can take care of any appliance failure. We found out that the maids unplug the refrigerator occasionally to defrost it but had forgotten to turn it back on. So, why did the manager not send a maid to check it out?
