Great B&B!
Great house, nice rooms, nice bathroom and lovely breakfast tray. Nice break from Manhattan.
Would be a fun place for a larger family to stay.

Staten Island Ferry makes this place a treat!
The hotel was in a quiet street, a ten minute walk from the ferry terminal. The room was lovely - large, light and comfy. Breakfast was brought every morning for us to share in peace in our room...very civilised!
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The Staten Island ferry is a brilliant way to start the day. You can also save a few bucks being on the island, while escaping the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Oh and the view from the ferry is amazing across to the financial district!

Convenient to Manhattan
Parking was hard to find, due mostly to the street construction that was going on. Two block walk to SI Ferrry which was great. Old type shower but water pressure was great. Breakfast was a bit slim but good, consisted of a pot of coffee, two bagels, a few pieces of fruit. A small refrigerator had an old piece of pizza in it when we checked in. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out in a while. Couldn’t get much on the TV which I thought was strange. A/C worked well. Overall a positive experience.
