Impressed with service, waking up to see Burj dubai glinting in the sunshine is a fantastic sight
Service from the time we arrived at 1.15 in the morning until we checked out was immaculate. The choice for breakfast was vast suiting all moods and diets. Room service was good and the cleanliness of the room was fine. difficult to find reasons for criticism. good value good service and good location what else do you want from a hotel. try seeing the fountains opposite on burj dubai lakes worth the trip

Very impressed
Superb hotel right in the middle of Downtown Burj Dubai. The friendly welcome and level of service from the staff was superb. Fantastic value as well - especially compared to the big resort hotels on the beach - and far better placed as well for someone who wants to visit Deira as well as the Marina. Great sports bar in the hotel showing all the live games with fair food and a decent crowd. The Courtyard is also good for a relaxing night sat outside and enjoying the company of friends and a shisha. The location could not be better - 5 minute walk to the Dubai mall with everything that has to offer, and numerous other restaurants and hotels also within 5 minutes’ walk. The adjoining mini-mall has a grocery shop, starbucks as well as a beauty salon and hair dresser. All the food that I ordered was cooked and served very well and at a reasonable price to boot. The rooms are niec and well appointed - flatscreen tvs and a great bath set into the room - which admittedly some may not favour. As for a downside - the pool is small but perfectly adequate and was not busy at all during my stay. In short I would strongly recommend this hotel; I will certainly stay here on my next trip to Dubai.

We expected the hotel to offer a high standard of service however waiting over an hour to check in to our room is unexceptable then every night we heard construction as advised by other travellers the best room were above level 5 and we had a lower floor room so terrible nights sleep every night apart from that room was cleaned daily okay location
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
the taxis outside the hotel once they see your a tourist they make short journey over priced so we learned and noticed the trend to obtain a cheaper taxi leave the hotel and walk to the main road and hail a taxi you’ll see a big difference in price as its your assumed your a expat
