Very Satisfied
This hotel is very convenient, close to the highway, close to a grocery store, and close to Frisco/Breckenridge/Silverthorne. The breakfast saves time and money, not fabulous but satisfying. I appreciated the "pet" room with no extra cost of fussing at me for having my dog.

Needs improved social skills
Staff not very helpful and rude. I checked in at 1300 to find out check in was at 1600. the clerk said only" see you later". No can we store your bags? I was unaware of the check in time, my fault but no concern at all. The check in clerk was having diffculty with english and gave the wrong information concerning my credit card. I was to use a credit card for all charges and was told the card would be charged 25.00 dollars to be refunded at a later date. I check with the manager the next morning before leaving and he said, " no we don’t charge the card" . The manager never said " I’m so sorry" . It was a lot of grief for such a short stay.
