Worth the price!
The lobby of the Hotel was every bit a 4 star, very clean and modern. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room I was in was a single and unfortunately above their delivery warehouse. It did not have any double galzing which as a resulted meant all the delivery noises was coming through. That aside, the room was clean and bathroom very nice! Defintely worth the price i paid for it.
The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from Leeds station. It is not worth taking a car as the hotel itself has very limited car spaces. The overfill to thecar park is at the Train station and expect to pay £10+ for a day.

Very good overnight stay hotel
This hotel was used for one night only for leisure purposes and was very good value, clean, had on-site parking and very good breakfast.Also the location is excellent for citycentre access. Would probably be an excellent business hotel.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
although the hotel appeared to have a good restaurant and bar, being close to the city centre there several much better value eateries and bars within an easy level 10 minute walk.

nothing special
This feels like a hotel that has improved its look with a decent refurbishment but forgotten to ’train up’ its staff. Not many smiley faces - a deserted bar - because no beers were available on tap, expensive for what it was. Room service expensive. Slow check out at peak times. Room small and bland. It felt a little strange - unwelcoming and lacked character. I will not be rushing back. I worry about its future.
