I’ll use Residhomes again
This hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Nancy centre. it is very convenient with easy parking outside (no need to pay) and a good Leclerc supermarket open until 7.30pm two minutes away. I booked a studio room for my wife and me which we thought was well thought out. We found the bed comfortable and the room had adequate space when the bed was folded to a sofa. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism would be that the nights we stayed the temperature was 32c plus and the rooms do not have A/C. However, given the low prices for rooms, this is not unreasonable. A big plus, the breakfast is excellent. Fresh made pain de tradition, good ham, eggs, still warm croissant from the local boulangerie. As good a continental breakfast as I’ve had in hotels of four times the price. I’ll be using other Residhomes in France.

great hotel
If you like to be totally independent then this is the hotel for you. Ensuite kitchenette measn you never have to go done for breakfast.

Good Clean Apartment
We were pleasantly surprised never staying at one of these apartments before, the room was modern like the picture,although we slept in a pull out couch. The bath and the kitchen were basic but had what you need. Only drawback is there is no reception for most of the time so we had to figure out everything when we got there! we couldn’t find the keybox, had no idea how to use the free internet (you have to have a wire from the reception) and had no idea where to Park!? They should have some instruction sheet for visitors if there’s no reception sometimes!!
Make sure you call in advance and get the key info, if you are arriving on the times reception is not there..But a great price deal for what you get.
