Service issues
The hotel is overall nice, but: - The fan in the room is very noisy. - Problematic heck-out procedure - didn’t give me a receipt when they should have. - I asked for a taxi, the receptionist told me he called for one, while 10 minutes later I found out that he didn’t. The rooms, however, are nice and clean.

Girls Weekend
The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the location was perfect for a week end full of sight seeing spa day and eating. Everything other than the Walker Art was in walking distance and easy to find, right next door to the Macy’s and great dining in the hotel and right outside the door. The parking is not part of the hotel, so it was pricey on Sunday.

Good Location, close to light rail
The hotel was fine. The room was lovely, bathroom very, very clean. I did have a problem with my bill at check out time, and unfortunately had to leave to catch a flight and was not able to settle the matter. I did however contact the hotel general manager, and all was cleared up very, very quickly. He apologized for the employee’s attitude and inability to understand the situation. I would most definitely stay there again
