really can’t wait to go back
this was my husbands and i first trip to New York city. We loved the hotel and the location was awesome. If i have to say any thing bad about the hotel room is the shower in the restroom, it needs a shower curtain or any thing that will help keep the water in the shower not all over the floor. Over all we loved the hotel

Uggggh....
The a/c goes on & off all night & blows directly on you while you sleep. They only offer 1 bed in a room. The room, hotel & elevator is tiny. The breakfast is a joke and you will need to eat elsewhere. The staff is cordial but not very helpful. I expected a high energy, fun hotel...it is not at all!!! The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms around your room...GROSS! The location to Times Square is perfect though! You are right in the middle of Manhattan action!

Get the NY Pass...but if it is for 2+ days you can only use it consecutively...so plan wisely!

AMAZING!!!
My boyfriend and I stayed for one night, within 10 minutes after checking in- we regretted not booking another! Everything was beyond perfect. The room was beautiful, location could not be beat. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar was a bit pricey- but the drinks we’re great! The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! We’re already planning to stay here again for our anniversary next month. Can’t wait to go back!
