Very relaxing retreat
Nice place to stay - relaxing, meticulous rooms, nicely renovated, innkeepers willing to go out of their way to make your stay relaxing. Good location, within easy walk to shops in the town and restaurants.

You should know that several shops and restaurants are closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Comfy Bed, Delicious breakfast
Other travel plans fell through so we had to book last minute. There was a double booking issue with the room we choose, however we were upgraded to a larger room at no cost. The room was very nice and decorated in Victorian style. The staff was available to introduce the town and provide restaurant and activity suggestions for us. Breakfast was a real treat every morning. Prepared by a chef and served at a large table where we could converse with the other guests. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio and front porch seating.

If you are staying later in the week, definitely try and have a meal next door at "208". Fine dining in a casual environment.
