Absolutely awful
Extremely disappointed with all aspects of the hotel - staff absolutely rude and unhelpful (apart from the Manager, Massimo, who did his very best to help sort out all of the problems, but he really didn’t stand a chance due to such a disorganised mess. No one to serve breakfast, no breakfast, well, cereals with no milk, no towels, dirty jacuzzi, no use of pools - one was ’ornamental’ the other was a public pool with which there was a charge and a need to wear a swimming hat!!! Aaaaah, awful! Don’t go!
