Internet
Australia is the only country I have been to that we had to pay for the internet, thought it was a bit exccessive. Loved the hotel, and everything about it

Best housekeeping room cleaning
The regular cleaning lady on the 12th floor was amazing. She said she was originally was from the Philippines. Her cleaning was immaculate and was always very friendly. When I returned to my room at the end of busy business meetings, my room was always neat and precisely straightened. If I ever do return, I would request to be on her floor again.

Great Sydney Base
Stayed in Harbour view room, it was a pleasure to sit and look out of the window. Staff had a ’can do ’ attitude, friendly and most helpful. Would be very happy to stay there again if ever we were back in Sydney and could get the good package deal.
