Not a real bargin (if you can’t sleep).

The hotel was conveniently located, and a short walk (20 minutes) to the downtown square. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained. HOWEVER, THE STREET NOISE IS VERY LOUD, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE UBIQUITOUS MOTORCYCLES COMES AROUND AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. I thought I can sleep anywhere (planes, trains, buses, etc.) until I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I was exhausted after three nights of being waken up by sporadic motorcycles zooming through the neighborhood. BTW, the breakfast buffet is pretty basic with scrambled eggs and bacon plus other usual morning carbs, and there is no WIFI as described by the hotel (there is a wireless keyboard to be rented from the front desk for use with your TV to use the internet for 4 Euros per hour).

Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks

Cabbing from the airport to the hotel is about 20-25 Euros for the 25 minutes ride. If you take the (24 hour) bus from the airport, it’s only 0.60 Euros for the 30-40 minute ride, and you are dropped off in downtown (about about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel).

A very nice hotel. nice rooms and fully equipped. Good breakfast also.

Highly impressed

An attractive, clean and very comfortable room and a stylish hotel interior contributed to a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast offered a good selection of warm and cold foods. The hotel is also well positioned for access to the main sights and the railway station.

We walked along the seafront to the ferry area, turned right 30m -Morehovou Square. We lunched at restaurant, whose walls are lined with shelving filled with gourmet food items. Excellent lunch:mussel and saffron risotto, steamed spicy squid, aubergine layered with walnuts and cheese, grilled vegetables with yoghurt. Friendly staff, discreet music and around 50 lively diners all made it a memorable occasion.
