A good choice
I stayed in a number of hotels in Israel about this price range and found that the Tal compared well. Didn’t see any of the shabbiness i saw elsewhere. Breakfast was reasonable but nothing to write home about. If visiting Tel Aviv again i would consider the Tal as one of my options.
