Needs improvement
The pool was cold & the hot tub was colder. Instead of turning the heat on they put a cover on the hot tub. The staff was not friendly or courtious. The breakfast was satisfactory. The beds were very hard

Great room for the money
Good room for your money. Easy to find. Loved that it had mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Wish it would also have iron in the room. Overall good value.
