Good value
This hotel is a good value for the money. It was clean, quiet and a short metro ride to the center. It is very hard to find though, so make sure you have good directions.

good base
The appartments were comfortable, clean, fully equipped(even had a small dishwasher)and ideally situated as a base for northern France. They were within walking distance to the main railway station to access Paris and beyond, as well as the metro to get into the old town. The only difficulty we had was finding the appartments on arrival, as there were a lot of new buildings amongst a one way system, but overall excellent value for money
Head for the Old Town lots of choice for restaurants and bars and only 2 stops on the metro.

Good for short trip
Stayed in hotel for one night. As others have commented, hotel is difficult to find if you haven’t prepared your route. Head for the road that goes directly in front of the Grand Palais and you’ll be fine. Room was good - actually 2 rooms lounge and bedroom
