room to far away from reception
room was spacious and comfotable but was an agonisingly long distance away from reception also very diffcult to negotiate along narrow corridors with many doors as obstructions. good parking facilities . so avoid parking up the road to find someting to eat like we did only to incur a parking fine at 10 o clock nightime & within an hour of arriving in Birmingham all in all a pleasurable stay

Value for money
Booked for convenience of work in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms really need an upgrade but mine was spacious and clean. There is some road noise from some rooms and so double glazing in the upgrade would be good. Food plentiful and reasonable well cooked. Parking and convenient for the city centre. Would recommend for business, weekends visiting friends.
