How to feel pampered
This was an overnight stay as we were attending a concert. We loved the staff at this hotel and the high standard of service that they provided at all times. The food was fab. The Hyatt will be a regular part of our ’pampering’ routine from now on. Congratulations to the excellent staff team.

A lovely first visit to Birmingham!
Great hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were nicely decorated, and spacious. Location was good, as it was close to shopping, and event centers. Would go back in a heartbeat!
