most enjoyable first time to lake garda perfect location
excellent hotel with charecter friendly staff and a nice homely feel
Traveller's tip on local attractions
visit limoine on the north west side of garda a lovely drive up into the mountains and throughh the tunnels. Perfect place to stop for lunch and see the lemon groves taste there local liquer called lemoncina

Good base for visiting west side of Lake Garda.
About a 5 minute drive north of the larger town Salo and a 5 minute walk from the bars and restaurants of Barbarano. Perfectly nice hotel only slightly spoiled by being directly on the main road. Whilst the room was quiet the terrace around the pool did suffer a little from traffic noise.
