What a shame
That the hotel is sooo beutiful, but the service and the maintenance are sooo horrible. We had to move to different rooms 4 times!!! The first three were awful, the last one was fine... Either you get a SUPER deal or don’t stay at this hotel at all.

Gorgeous Views
Rooms were fantastic. Entire hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Great pools and scenery. We were there when hotel was only at 20% capacity. And it was great. However, the hotel is HUGE so if they were at full capacity, it would probably be hard to find a seat around the pool or place to eat, etc.
Traveller's tip on dining
We enjoyed all the restaurants. But again, it was very expensive. Next time we would look into doing an all-inclusive. If the all-inclusive included all the hotels and all the menu options, then it would be worth it. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, but $25.00 a person. To save money we went in town and bought a few groceries so we could have lunch in our room.

Service was wonderful!
We stayed at the Westin during the off season (September) to check out the resort for our wedding. The resort setting is beautiful and the rooms were impeccable. The food is pricey at the hotel but if you reserve a Royal Beach club room where breakfast and sunset cocktails/appetizers are inlcuded, it is definitely worthwhile.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
We rented a car but this was definitely not necessary. Although nice for getting around, parking can be challenging and not really worth the hassle.
