Quiet and comfortable
My husband and I stayed here over a weekend to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, Very convenient location but on a quiet street so it was very comfortable sleeping. Best beds ever! Can walk to shopping, the Opera and the Louvre. Make sure you look into the Roissy Bus to the airport. Pick up is just a block or two down the street.
Restaurant Senderens was fabulous. Chef decided to drop out of the Michelin guide rating book, and was able to keep the food quality and service, but drop the prices.

The bed was like a cloud!
It was probably the cleanest, whitest, most comfortable, featherbed we ever stayed in. That is the only reason we didn’t complain when got the smallest room on the floor (according to the map on the back of the door) even though we paid for a larger room. After our long flight we just crawled in and went to sleep. Staff was helpful, friendly and had great suggestions. The location is close to several metro stops, and an easy metro/train trip from the airport.
Il Vino, 13 bd. de la Tour-Maubourg, 01-44-11-72-00 Did a fabulous wine pairing meal, a bit pricey but worth every penny. Ask the concierge for the french breakfast place on the Rue de Madelaine- beautiful, yummy and very old french! Loved the Salvador-Dali Museum in Montmartre and the little red cafe on the corner- what a surprise inside.
