Excellent Hotel
I stayed at this Best Western while visiting a friend in Long Beach. I found the service and room to be very satisfactory and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Never Again
Upon arrival, we could not unlock our room. This took about 15 minutes to resolve, we eventually were moved to a different room. This would not have been a big deal, but the areas outside the hotel lobby feel like a sauna. Rooms are very pleasant and comfortable once you put the air on (the door must be deadbolted to do this). The first of four nights we had horrific noise above our room all night long- we got no sleep. The next day we were told by one staff member that they could move us, only to be told by another that they would not. We would have left the hotel but had prepaid on the internet. The remaining days were fine, but nothing special. The hotel was very clean and most the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was fair.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE
THIS HOTEL MET OR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE AREA OF THIS HOTEL WAS NICE. THE STAFF, FRIENDLY. THE HOTEL ROOM GOOD SIZE, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. I CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK TO CALIFORNIA AND BE ABLE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
LIKE I SAID ABOVE, THE AREA OF THIS HOTEL WAS SAFE, NICE TO WALK AROUND AND THERE WERE SHOPS AND EATING PLACES AS WELL. PARKING WAS SAFE AT THE HOTEL TOO. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND GOOD SELECTION. YOU WOULD BE CRAZY NOT TO STAY HERE. FORGET ABOUT THOSE EXPENSIVE BRAND NAMES. I KNOW THE NEXT NIGHT I STAYED AT ONE (HY) AND IT WAS NO COMPARISON TO THIS HOTEL (NO BREAKFAST THERE AND RIP OFF)
