A Little Disappointed
1. Landscaping the pool at 1:00 PM. 2. Cleaning the pool each afternoon and not in the morning. 3. Did not restock the mini bar. 4. Had to call down to get room cleaned. 5. Inexperienced bartenders. 6. Would not extend check out time for late flight because said hotel was booked. Extended room for an additional day and gave us the same rooms.?????? 7. Needed to reprogramme room key several times. 8. Dinner order was completely wrong. 9. Bartender at executive lounge made a gin/tonic without ice. 10. One day pool filtration system did not work.

Kempinski Sanya
The hotel is in a beautiful setting by the beach, and it includes their very own private beach area. The staff are friendly, and hotel rooms were magnificent. Each room had their own balcony with a huge bathtub outside. It’s the perfect romantic setting for a getaway for couples. The only downside were the restaurant service was a little slow, but it wasn’t unacceptable since you are there for vacation, and you don’t need to be in a hurry while staying in such a beautiful place.
