Adequate hotel
Staff were very friendly and the downtown location was very good. Angler’s is a solid no-frills inn. The only negative was that the inn is on the truck route through town so that truck noise may be somewhat of a factor for some travelers.

Just what I needed after 30 hours travelling!
This is a wonderful, homely ,informal hotel with a very friendly management that makes you feel wonderfully at home the moment you arrive. Its situation at the end of a quiet street right next to the river and ajoining countryside makes it a joy to fishermen and nature lovers alike. It is certainly the place I would hope to go back to if I visit Jackson again.
Ideal for the natualist, bird watcher, fisherman etc.

Clean and Adequate
This is not a luxury facility, but it is clean and adequate for a night’s stay on the way to and from Yellowstone. The office closes between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., but there is an after hours telephone at the front door which brought immediate response and a drop box for keys in the morning before the office opens. There is some traffic noise on the street, so rooms away from the street might be preferred.
