Great Customer Service
Booked this hotel at the last minute for an impromptu visit to Amsterdam. Staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. On a tram line into the city, we had no problem getting in and out of the city centre. The only thing I would say was the breakfast was overpriced.
Pick up a coffee and a pastry at one of the cafes rather than fork out for the hotel bkfst.

Welcoming and efficient service
We stayed in the Bilderberg Garden Hotel for 3 nights, and were very pleased with the location. It is close to the very comprehensive Amsterdam tram network. The city centre was about a 10- 15 minute tram ride and the main museums were about a 15 minute walk. Staff were helpful and good humoured. Amsterdam was a great experience.

Great hotel
We were very pleased with the Bilderberg Garden Hotel. In a beautiful suburban neighborhood, it is quiet and relaxing. However, the museum district is a short walk or tram ride away and the rest of the city is easily accessible by tram (tram stop two blocks from the hotel). The staff was incredible! Everyone was so helpful and willing to accomodate us. The room was a good size for European hotels with a large double bed. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and our meal there was one of the highlights of the trip! We had a few drinks in the lounge of the hotel on one of our last nights and regret we didn’t do this more often as the couches and chairs there were very comfortable and it was a nice place to plan the next day. Room service was also fast and delicious. We would glady return to the Bilderberg Garden on our next trip to Amsterdam!
