Home away from home...
Our overall experience was very positive. Our group had multiple units to celebrate a very successful family reunion. The property is located in a condo section that included vacationers and full time residence. There were a couple of interactions that could have been better but nothing that would cause us not to come back. Location was great, to the beach and the bike routes. In the evenings we did have to deal with Midges or No See Ums, this gave us a chance to stay inside and enjoy the condo which included a washer/dryer, cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, musical instruments, games, books (some in German), and so much more.

Wonderful - Great Place for the Price!
This was not a hotel room - it was a condo. It contained a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, disposal, etc. All dishes, silverware, and cookware were provided. The rooms were huge and came with a view of the courtyard and ocean. There was not a washer or dryer in the unit, but there was a lockable laundry room at the end of the hall. There was a TV in the bedroom and living room and an extra guest bedroom with bunk beds, even though it was still considered a 1 bed / 1 bath. The neighbors were nice, the windows were brand new and completely soundproof. A+++

WONDERFUL!
As a constant traveler - I was extremely surprised at the quality for the price. We were not told the complex we would be staying in until after payment and it ended up being the Sea Coast Gardens II - and were told it was going to be a 1 BR / 1.5 Bath condo with a washer and dryer in the unit. Instead we were given a 2BR / 1 Bath - no complaints here, but the washer and dryer ($3 per load) were located in a common area down the hall. Other than that - it was perfect! Brand new appliances, full kitchen with disposal, dishwasher, range, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender... The rooms were huge and everything was renovated. The windows were ultra quiet and blocked out any and all noises. The pools were clean and the grounds were well kept and manicured. I definitely recommend this location to anyone and will continue to book with Ocean Vacation Properties!
