Norfolk long weekend
Ok hotel nothing special to be honest. Exterior looks shabby, interior fine, Very close to an Asda supermarket and ice rink. A bit too close to be honest. No restaurant/pub next door to the hotel which is expected these days. Room ok, windows didnt open though making the room stuffy, air con hard to operate. Cold buffet breakfast would be better if hot food served too. To be honest not as good as Premier Inn or Ramada Encore’s that weve used before.

Pleasantly Surprised (just dont rely on the sofa bed)
Couldn’t get much better for the price. The rooms were nice and clean, so was the rest of the hotel. The only negative points were: * The breakfast was nice but was a cold buffet only... so no hot food * The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Luckily we did not need it and the main bed was fine, but I would have preferred to sleep on the floor than the sofa bed. In fact if I did need to use it I would have been complaining to the manager - so beware, if you need more than 2 beds; buy 2 rooms!

good value for money
we were there on the hotest day of the year and the aircon had broken! However the staff were very apologetic and provided fans, so we coped. generally a very pleasant place and suited our needs, a visit to the University open day.
