I’ll come back.....
It was walking distance (a block maybe...) to the "Pier", Beach and Restaurants....and just a few miles from the Cruise Ships. We enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach! It was a mini vacation before our cruise! (There is also a bus that passes by hotel that goes thru whole town of Cocoa Beach which we did not use - but very convenient.)
Was a nice motel for money....could afford to go do things on the Pier.....

Nice place to stay
This hotel was a nice place to stay. The only thing I didn’t like was you had to walk or drive across the street to the Best Western for breakfast.
