Hilton Innsbruck

Great location !

The hotel is near all most important atractions of Innsbruck. You can go by walk to Maria-Theresien and Goldenes Dachl. The room and the bathroom are big and very clean. It was a great choice ! But do not take breakfast at the hotel. It is very expensive and you can find a lot of cafes near the hotel. The parking is underground and is not expensive. It is a good choice because there is a lift in the parking and you can reach the hotel using it. You will not need a car in Innsbruck.

Traveller's tip on shopping

Do not miss the Swarovski store on Herzog-Friedrich street. The prices are good and you can find beautiful jewelry. If you want souvenir, do not buy them at Maria-Theresien because the prices are higher than the prices of the stores located on another streets.

Average and Dated Hotel

We were pleased to get what seemed like a good price for a centrally located 4-star hotel, and had reasonable expectations for our 1 night stay. The rooms were spotless but dated (yet oddly looked like they had been decorated recently). Reception, despite being non-smoking, stank of cigarettes, no doubt from the adjoining casino. The refillable shampoo in the bathroom was empty in both the rooms our party were staying in. Otherwise it was a pleasant enough executive hotel. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, and service was friendly, but overall, for a 4 star, it was a fairly mediocre experience. I would at what else is available before rushing to stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel

The room I stayed in was large and very clean. It featured modern decor and a nice home like feel. The window didn’t open all the way and was very difficult to move. The air conditioning seemed to only blow room temperature air and not cold. The service throughout the hotel was excellent from the front desk to the restaurant. Breakfast was awesome which was a hot buffet, cereal, fresh fruit, bread/rolls, and also made to order eggs. Dinner was a little pricy but very gourmet and delicious. There’s a good selection of meals to choose from that are more reasonable. The tiny work out room ha d a few pieces of exercise equipment and a sauna that would suffice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
