GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR A BALLGAME
IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR A BALLGAME-ACROSS THE STREET.IT WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE WERE IN BALTIMORE FOR ONLY 24 HOURS. WE FIRST WENT TO THE AQUARIUM,THEN CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL AND THEN THE BALLGAME IN THE EVENING.WE CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL AFTER 3PM AND HAD TO WAIT 45 MINUTES FOR OUR ROOM TO BE READY. I WAS SURPRISED WITH THE WAIT AND WAS TIRED AND WANTED TO REST BEFORE THE GAME IN OUR ROOM AND NOT WAIT IN THE LOBBY. AFTER 45 MINUTES WE WALKED UP TO DESK TO SEE IF THE ROOM WAS READY AND THEY DID HAVE AN UPGRADE READY-SO WE TOOK THAT ROOM INSTEAD.IN THE MORNING WE CALLED FOR OUR CAR AND IT WAS READY TO GO FOR US AS PROMISED. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND WE WERE CHECKED OUT WITH HAVE A GREAT DAY-QUICK AND EASY.I WOULD GO BACK FOR ANOTHER GAME AND STAY AT THE HAMPTON

A Little Disappointed
The hotel was very nice, we arrived early and they gratiously took our car and bags for storgae b/c our room wasn’t ready. The room wasn’t ready even an hour after check-in time. the room was never ready and i had to agree to another room. The employee actually tried to justify to me the difficulties the hotel was experiencing, which is unacceptable to me as a guest. It was very frustrating to see everyone else walk in the hotel and have no problem while we never actually got the room we booked.

Close to Orioles Park
I took the Family Down to Baltimore to watch the Yankees play the Orioles. The Hotel is literally right across the street from the park. From our window we could see the field. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Parked the car in the Hotels garage. The only downside was that the hotel tacked on a 26 dollar fee to park the car but overall it was still worth it.
