Hidden gem!
This was an incredible hotel at an incredible price!! The ONLY thing is the thickness of the walls. We were at the end of the hall so we did not hear too much, but the walls are thin so you can hear a lot of the chatter in the hallways. But overall, very nice, very clean, and the staff is very polite!

Broken Fixtures in Hallways/Garbage left over in the room
As soon as I checked into my room, I noticed that the garbage bin was still full from the last guest. Immediately I talked to the front desk, but she seems to not be worried about it at all. She did not offer anything and did not as much as even remove the garbage from my room. The next day, I spoke to the manager. She apologized, but did not seem to mind that the garbage still sat in my room after I had made the complaint. Very disappointing! Also, the exit sign on the hallway was vandalized. I guess that had little to do with the staff, but they could have at least picked up the broken pieces from the floor.

Not impressed, but what can you expect for the price . . .
The hotel is in a business park in suburban Memphis. Check in was swift and our room was ready upon arrival. The rooms are fairly large, but the beds seem small. The bathrooms are large enough, but the doors are french doors, without windows. They’re hard to close properly, and very noisy when opened or closed. The elevator was slow. Breakfast was limited, with pastries, toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs and make your own waffles. We didn’t use the wireless internet. Pool was closed, probably due to the season, but the hot tub was still open. Security is present, but we woke up to find that five vehicles in the parking lot had been broken into, including one from our party.
