Comfort and Luxurt
Very nice resort and villa.Staff helpful and friendly. Good place to get away from the hustle and bustle. However as others have mentioned, there is only Spanish TV to be had. Also wouldnt recommend renting the modem for internet access, as it is very slow. You will definitely need a car, as the complex is geared towards golfers only. Would definitely recommend it though for the sheer space and great views of the hills!

Good value for families
Villas lovely. Friendly staff. Regular cleaning. (3 days) Plus point: restaurant delivered from menu both lunch and dinner and free kids club at hotel, general store at entrance to resort, safe enclosed garden. Negative point: to use heated hotel pools and spa expensive. Unheated pool at villa. Overall enjoyable but need a car to get to beach and around resort.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Palmitos park good value and entertaining for the whole day for the family. Maspalomas nearest beach - follow signage to Las Tabaibas/ Meloneras. Puerto Mogan good beach and reasonable restaurants. Market on a Friday.

Stay away from this one - especially in the winter..
The villa was freezing cold when we arrived. To add to the misery most of the heaters did not work - nor were they fixed during our 1 week stay. So overall a very cold experience. The pool is not heated - so no escaping the cold there! Outside temperatures ranged from 15 to 22 degrees during the week. Generally we would expect a 5 star accommodation to be preheated and welcoming, but this complex appeared desolate and uninviting. The villas are otherwise nice and practical - but lack character as you may expect from a golf style property project. Location may work if you are only there to play golf. Otherwise make sure you have enough cars. Re golf the south course is very good, the north course a crazy monster as very limited cost spent on fairways between the rocks and ravines.
Traveller's tip
We are very experienced travellers, but this was our first trip to the Canaries. If we go again we would stay in one of the smaller villages on the south-west part of the island where there appeared to be many apartment complexes and hotels with beautiful views over the Atlantic.
