Restaurant unwelcoming
When you arrive at a hotel where there is a restaurant, you do not expect to be met at the restaurant door, asked if you have booked a table (we hadn’t as we arrived in the evening) and be told there was no room. As it happened, we waited and had a drink and were then invited to a table. A friendly manner would have warmed us to the hotel. We felt unwelcomed. Paintings on the walls around the hotel are dreary, unattractive and some very depressing.

A little expensive and a 20 min walk to town
Like all hotels on Lake Guarda its a little overpriced for what you get. However its got a nice pool and plently of parking . Its about a 20 min walk to town . It does not have access to the lake ..ie its not on the lake but the sea view rooms have some magnificant views.

Good clean quiet hotel
Lovely hotel with good facilities but a good 15 - 20 minute walk to main town area (infrequent buses). Breakfast adequate although not exciting! Internet use half an hour for 5 euros. Staff lovely.
