Luckily it was only one night...
Checking in was quick and the staff was nice. Upon arriving at our room we saw quite a large number of people loitering outside. The room next to ours had several pairs of muddy boots thrown outside the door. We opened our room door and were overwhelmed by the odd odor that came out. I can’t even try to describe what it smelled like. The carpet was worn and severely stained. It almost looked like a bucket of blood was dumped in the bathroom area, the carpet was that dirty! We never took our shoes off. The dresser only had two drawers and one was broken, the front of it shoved backwards into the drawer. The toilet was running and I had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. Several of the lights did not turn on. There was only one outlet available for use and it was right next to the door. We heard quite a bit of noise from other guests and the wireless internet was very slow. We decided to just deal with it for the one night but we will be making several trips a year to the Florence area and we will definitely pay more to stay at a nicer hotel from now on.

Great Getaway!!!!
I stayed at this hotel, where the accomodations were as comparable as a more expensive hotel (where my friends stayed). Their rooms cost them twice as much as mine did, and when they saw my room they were impressed. I would definitely refer this hotel to others. Service, cleaniness, and accomodations were all top notch.

Great room for the money!
It was very nice to stay there. We were on our way back home from a Florida vacation and my mother said that was the most comfortable bed she had since she left home!! Would stay there again and recommend it to others. Thanks Hotels.Com!
