Not impressed
Nothing to do unless your a diver. hotel swimming pool is full of alcohol drinkers with bottles all around. T.v reception horrible with maybe 3 channels. I did think on site dive shop was wonderfull with great staff if making a dive trip.

Will stay again
Very nice hotel/resort. Staff very friendly and helpful, considerate and accommodating. Good food, lots of it, good variety and great service. Pool was clean, grounds well-maintained, lots of lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing.

Great place to relax or dive
This resort caters almost exclusively to scuba divers. We no longer dive, but that meant we had the place to ourselves while most everyone else was out on the dive boats. It was very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the absolutely wonderful food sounded like the diving was wonderful and I wished I could have gone with them. I had to content myself with experiencing it vicariously by talking to the divers when they returned. The staff with few exceptions were friendly and very helpful. Particularly Omar and Dennis in the dining room and Cicero the bartender. The only disappointment was that there is for all intents and purposes NO snorkeling. I feel that their web site misrepresents this fact. The "beach" is not suitable for swimming. Sharp coral and seaurchins. Without renting a car and finding out on your own where you can snorkle, it is impossible on Cayman Brac. We do recommend renting a car and exploring the island. People are friendly and lots to see. We really enjoyed going out and meeting the locals.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
If you are a scuba diver, this is the place for you. Forget about snorkeling. fishing is available, but very expensive!
