Recommended - lots of charm & character
Well decorated room with lots of charm and character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Needs Improvement
Although the Inn is conveniently located half-way between the beach and the downtown Newport harbor area, the room was very small and dated. The bathtub was 3/4 the size of a standard tub and the room definitely could have been cleaner. The breakfast was very good, however. Even still, I would never return.
