Great room for the money
The room was clean and was very nice. The only problem I had was that the room was supposed to be non-smoking and it constantly ventilated smoke inside the room from other guests. Advice to the hotel would be to designate entire wings to smoking or non-smoking. The best option would be to designate floors by smoking or non. Besides that little problem, the hotel stay was nice. It was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and less than 1hr away from the beach. If you have a car during your stay, this is a very good place to be in.

Needs Better Customer Service/Maintenance
The room was clean, but the extra pillows requested were "not available". The A/C did not work and the room was quite warm and stuffy. For the price, there are other nearby hotels that are more accommodating and in better condition.

Suite amenities (fridge, microwave) nice, clean, functional, easily found, internet connection simple. But no overnight front desk assistance.
