Outstanding - excellent on all counts.

We stayed on the 54th Floor but because of the room and environment it didn’t feel so high. The rooms must be sound proofed - never heard a thing on the corridors or rooms seither side (they were occupied as the hotel was full). Extremely courteous staff from the cleaners to the Manager. Centrally placed with easy access to shops, restaurants, trains, the harbour, Conference centre.

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Buy a ’Japan Rail Card’ before leaving for Japan - travel on all but 1 train, includes the bullet trains, then you can travel the whole country.
