Clean, good service
Good location (200 m to subway station, surprisingly clean rooms and good service. Neighborhood a bit nasty...but you can’t have it all

Non-Smoking Request not Honored
I requested a non-smoking room when I booked the hotel on Expedia, but was given a smoking room when I arrived. The hotel was great save for this big problem!

Very variable
Clean rooms, polite but distant staff, good breakfast. Major problem - only one elevator used by cleaning crews and guests. One day the elevator broke down twice. Once with me on it. There were always long, long waits. I overheard many people grumbling and one lady said, "They must not get return visitors!" Anther grumble hotel parking cost $24.50 a night and there wasn’t enough of it. We had to park on the street. One night there was a street fair outside with loud music - luckily I liked the music.
