Not City Centre
The hotel was new with everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. However not in the centre, bar prices very high(£8 plus for a wine and a beer).
Tesco Supermarket close for any snacks/drinks.

Well located for regeneration dock area
We enjoyed our stay. Simple surroundings but adequate for our needs. Unfortuately the TV kept cutting out after a specific time, felt this was a basic fault which should not arise. Hotel staff very helpful though. Decor etc very appealing. Continental breakfast adequate. Not really suited to seeing much of the countryside, lots of roads to get out there. Parking cost £7 per night- need to build this into the cost of stay.
Very compact if more than 2 sharing.

hotel is set in great part of leeds, it was very clean and rooms were lovely! would use this hotel again.
