exactly what we required
We arrived 5:30 pm, Jacob was behind the desk, friendly helpful courtious,nice young man. He explained the shuttle service, never bothered about any dinner, we were tired not hungry.We carried our bags to our room, returned our rental car to the airport, and returned to the hotel on the shuttle. Shuttle is 6 Euro each, each time, paid at the front desk at the time of your last departure. Schedule is clearly posted at front desk. Room is clean & adequate similar to what you would find off most expressways.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Bring your own wash clothes-none in Italy There is no ice for drinks anywhere You pay for bottled water at your table everywhere-Coke,Beer,Water more expensive than wine. Look at you bill,’coperti’- seating charge subsudizes tipping. leaving 1/2 of normal is adequate

Rude people
Maybe it was just me, but the guy that was behind the desk was very rude. He never wanted to help. There was a problem with the TV and internet and he kept telling me to just try it again rather than actually doing something to help. Room was nice though.

Not so convenient
The hotel is a short but expensive ride from the airport and the shuttle does not start running until 6:30 am. If you have a early flight to catch, consider staying AT the airport or taking an early cab ride from Rome.
