Lacked Air Conditining
I booked this hotel as it was advertised to have climate controlled rooms. I booked with Expedia on a no refund rate. After checking in I found out the room air conditioning was not working. They provided a fan and offered no compensation. When i asked to speak to a manager, housekeeping was sent and said there was nothing that could be done.

Outstanding hotel
Excellent staff, excellent service. Unfortunately, the location of our room and recent renovations of this specific room caused some minor irritations, but overall a very nice place to stay. I am sure that the hotel staff will rememdy our specific concerns shortly with respect to our specific room.
