What a let down!
The hotel was a dissappointment there were no curtains to close, bulbs blown, Fridge wont close, taps loose, no hot water... not what you would expect from a 4 star! you were not even able to get a cup of Coffee when waiting for the room,

Stately Suburban Residence
Our family of three to include an 8 year old boy enjoyed five nights in this condohotel during July 2009. The front desk whisked us through the check-in process and had our key and folio at the ready. Our studio consisted of a foyer with a built-in kitchenette, full sized bath and bedroom/living area with a loveseat and queensized murphy bed. There was a closet and shelving system for our clothing. The duvets and bed linens were snow white and most comfortable. The room had free wireless internet, satellite tv and a flat screen with integrated dvd player. We did not take the opportunity to try the lobby restaurant as the nearby cafes, Da Vinci University eateries and multitude of mall offerings were more than we could sample during our stay. We loved this hotel and look forward to our next stay.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Be sure to make your way to the neaby Arc de la Defense where there is a huge mall, train and metro station. The areas food, shopping and entertainment are in abundance and reasonably priced when compared to those venues nearer the general tourist attractions. The neighborhood is quiet, tree lined and modern in stark contrast to the more popular areas of the city.

Superb!
First impressions are great you are greeted with smiles at reception. Staff speak good English are very helpful and polite. Check in was swift and we where guided to our room. We got a studio/apartment we had a lovely spacious bathroom which was sparkling clean and had a an amazing powerful shower and a towel heater thingy. In the landing there is a kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric hob. We used the kitchen to its full capacity and cooked some delicious french dishes in the hotel. All equipment and appliances are provided there was even washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets!! The bedroom was of a good size also nice sturdy bed lots of storage space plenty of pillows, extra blanket. Sofa which can turn into a bed flat screen tv with dvd built in with a choice of channels french and english. Good heating and a/c easy to operate. We loved it and will definetly be coming back!
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
I advise you to go to the supermarket near the 73 bus stop it is called Monoprix and it has everything you would ever need for the duration of your stay from socks to groceries. Its safe to walk around late at night it is very quiet and well lit in the area, it is a newly developed area and it is nice to have a look around in the la defense area it is more beautiful at night with all the lighting. Take a boat tour and a bus tour they are both great fun and worth the money.
