Cheap, but not cheerful
The hotel was ok, but the staff probably never heard of "good and polite service". When arrived I had to wait about 45 min waiting at the reception because the receptionist had a nice chat on the phone for about 30 min even when he was aware that I am waiting to speak to him. He was very rude and I never got to speak to "his majesty" as he never acknowledged me. I was served by a lady, who came later. When I got in the room, the cleaning staff just help themselves in my room(without knocking on the door or anything to show thatr they were coming in). The two ladies asked something and left (it was about 4pm - I guess it wasnt time to clean the room).
Just ignore the staff, as they will ignore you.

*the rooms were clean *every hour there was a receptionist but; *check in wasn’t before 2 o2clock in the afternoon!!!!! you can not have a rest before visiting the city *metro station was very close to the hotel , but you will have to change the metro line more than 3 times to reach the centre of Paris.

Good Price for a 1 bedroom
About 3 blocks walk to metro station and about 20 to 30 minutes to get downtown on metro. Very nice area. A handful of resteraunts in the area and a nice grocery store 3 blocks down by the metro station which is very nice if you are planning on using kitchenette. Not the cleanest or best furnishings but it worked for me. There was no oven in Kitchenette but a 4 burner stove and microwave. Internet did not work in the room, only in lobby which was inconvenient.
